CBIT is located in a convenient location in Hyderabad and can be accessed via different modes of transportation. Students can arrive at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad and take a short 30-minute drive to reach the institute campus. Alternatively, students can arrive at the Hyderabad Junction railway station, and take a 45-minute drive to reach the campus of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology has released the official 2025 placement information. During the CBIT placements 2024-25, the highest package was recorded at INR 51 LPA. Over 122 companies visited the campus and offered more than 1,053 jobs to students. The placement rate stood at 79%, and top recruiters include Accenture, Amazon, Infosys, Thomson Reuters, Oracle, Qualcomm, Godrej, etc.
