The application forms can be filled online on payment of INR 200 as application fee by Credit/ Debit Card or in cash through TS/ Andhra Pradesh Online. BR Ambedkar Open University is also known as Telangana Open University. It is a state-owned University which was formerly known as Andhra Pradesh Open University. It was founded in the year 1982 and is situated in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana. The university believes in education for all irrespective of their position in society. The university conducts separate B.Ed Entrance Tests to offer admission in B.Ed and B.Ed (Special Education) programme. B.A. B.Sc. B.Com and B. Li. Sc admissions are offered on the basis of marks in the last qualifying examination. M.A. M.Sc. M.Com M. Li. Sc and PG Diploma admission is also done on the basis of marks in the last qualifying examination. Students have to qualify in Andhra Pradesh ICET or TSICET to secure admission in MBA programme. Final admission is based on GD and Interview. BRAOU also conducts Admission Test for admck Hereission in M.Ed programme. M.Phil & Ph.D. admission is written test and interview-based.
