It is difficult to get an MBBS seat at a government medical college in Hyderabad with a NEET score of 460, particularly for applicants in the General category. Cutoffs are higher at Telangana's premier government medical schools, such as Gandhi Medical College and Osmania Medical College. In NEET 2023 for the example Osmania Medical College closing rank for the General category was 4247 or 570 marks.
However as cutoffs for reserved categories (SC ST and OBC) are typically lower there may be chance if you fall into the one of these groups. For instance Osmania Medical College SC category closing rank was 48222 or roughly 443 marks

B.Tech at Mahindra University, Hyderabad is expensive. The total fee for 4 years of the same course is nearly INR 20 Lakhs, first-year INR 4.7 Lakhs. In addition to that hostel fees can cost another INR 2 Lakhs a year. Yes, Mahindra University, Hyderabad is a good college for B.Tech. It provides up-to-date facilities, skilled faculty, and a good emphasis on practical learning. Its curriculum is enriched by partnerships with international institutions. The placement is also very good with companies such as Amazon and Microsoft recruiting students. Though tuition fees can be in the high bracket, the return in terms of quality education and good career opportunities often outweigh the cost.

Indeed, a student can pursue MCA from Hyderabad with fee reimbursement facilities. Fee reimbursement options exist for MCA in all states of India including Telangana. There, the students pursuing an MCA course can take reimbursement facilities both in Government as well as Private institutes. For example, there may be a reimbursement for an MCA course fee in the amount of INR 27,000 for students belonging to an economically weaker section. Several colleges in Hyderabad take part in such schemes; Osmania University and the University of Hyderabad are just a couple of examples. It should be checked on the website of the specific college
