It is generally not advisable to provide false or misleading information on any official application form, including the IBPS PO application form. If the date of passing entered on the form is different from the real one, it could potentially be considered as providing false information and could lead to disqualification from the application process. IBPS PO syllabus is different for prelims and Mains exams. The syllabus for the prelims exam includes topics from Quantitative Aptitude Reasoning and English . The syllabus for the Mains exam includes topics from Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude & General Awareness as well as the topics for Letter Writing and Essay for the descriptive paper. IBPS PO prelims exam 2023 was conducted online on September 23 & 30 at around 100 cities spread throughout the country. The prelims exam consists of three sections-Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and English Language. The duration of the test is 60 minutes with sectional timings of 20 minutes.
