You can go for Certified financial planner which is short term certificate course
You can go in various finance fields and even in banks
or go for post graduate diploma in banking operations from recognised universities

Bank jobs are currently among the most in-demand jobs in India. More than 20 lakh aspirants generally appear for exams conducted by IBPS, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), State Bank of India (SBI), and private banks(taken together).

Hi,
There is no fixed attempts to IBPS. You can write the exam n number of times. There is no limit until you get a good score in IBPS, you can apply for IBPS common written exam.
Age limit is there- 21- 30 years
Educational qualification:
-> You must have Graduated from a UGC recognized university
-> Stream pursued in graduation is free from bars
-> Graduation through Distance Learning Mode should have been approved Distance Educational council (for graduates who have pursued Distance Learning Mode)
