Yes, IBSAT syllabus is based on CAT syllabus. The IBSAT question paper covers similar topics as of CAT exam. However, IBSAT is comparatively an easier exam whereas, CAT exam has exhaustive syllabus and difficulty level is moderate to hard. IBSAT exam is conducted for a duration of duration of two hours in remote proctored mode unlike CAT exam.
