Yes, you can join IBS Dehrdun without appearing for the IBSAT exam provided you submit scores secured in other accepted entrance exams. The institute accepts students mainly based on IBSAT performance, however, those with valid scores obtained in national-level exams, such as CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT are exempted from appearing for the test. Hence, yes, you may join IBS Dehradun without appearing for IBSAT.

In case of any incorrect information or missing details in the IBSAT admit card, candidates must report at the IBS admission helpdesk immediately. Candidates can call at admission care or register their complaint by sending an email. IBSAT 2025 admit card will mention the details like- name of the candidate, registration number, category, date of birth, gender, programme details, date of exam, time, declaration and important guidelines for online exam.

IBSAT 2025 admit card will be released tentatively in October 2025. Registered candidates will be able to download the IBSAT admit card online. IBS will release the admit card along with the commencement of IBSAT 2025 slot booking. Soon after booking the IBSAT 2025 slot, candidates can download the admit card online at general.ibsinida.org.

There are 140 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in IBSAT 2025 question paper. The weightage of IBSAT sections are as follows:
Verbal Ability – 50
Reading Comprehension – 30
Quantitative Aptitude – 30
Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency – 30

No, there is no negative marking in IBSAT exam. IBSAT question paper will consist of 140 question of one mark each. Candidates will given two hours to attempt 140 MCQs. For any incorrect answer or not attempted question, no mark will be dedcuted. In this scenerio, candidates must attempt all questions even if they are not sure of correct answer.
