1. Review the exam pattern and syllabus: You must familiarise with the number of question and pattern of examination.
2. Focus on strong areas: In the last minute, you must focus on enforcing the learning in the stronger areas. Avoid picking any new topic.

On the basis of the score obtained by candidates in the IBSAT exam, they are shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. Candidates meeting the IBSAT cutoff criteria are shortlisted for the selection rounds. Listed below is the IBSAT cutoff:

Yes, IBSAT exam is conducted in online mode. The exam is held in remote proctored mode. Applicants can book the exam slot after completing the IBSAT application process online. To appear for the online mode of examination, candidates must have a desktop or laptop and download the required software to appear for the exam.
IBSAT 2025 exam will be held on December 27 and December 28. Candidates can book the exam slot tentatively from October 2025.

IBSAT 2025 slot booking window will open in October 2025. Only registered candidates who will complete the application process along with the payment of the application fee can book the exam slot. To book the IBSAT exam slot candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1- Visit the official website of IBS and login with the credentials
Step 2- Click on the tab 'Schedule IBSAT'
Step 3- Click on the link provided for login
Step 4- Screen will now display the login page. Enter the credentials:
- Application Number
- Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY format)
- Enter the captcha
Step 5- Click on the tab 'Book a seat'

IBS Aptitude Test also known as IBSAT is conducted for admission to MBA/ PGDM programs of IBS nine campuses. Candidates having valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/NMAT/GMAT/MAH CET or any other state-level entrance examination are exempted from taking the IBSAT exam. Candidates desiring to take admission to the MBA/PGDM programme of IBS campuses must fill the IBSAT application form compulsorily. Candidates having a valid scores in CAT/XAT/CMAT or any other state-level examination will be exempted from taking the IBSAT exam.
