Yes the date has been officially announced. ICAR AICE JRF/SRF 2025 Counselling Round 1 seat allotment result has been declared on October 23, 2025. The registration for counselling, choice filling, payment of counselling fee, and uploading of the documents had started on October 14, 2025 ( 2 PM Onwards). And the end of the choice filling and uploading of the documents was October 18, 2025 (11.50 PM). Second Round will start by November 01 from 11 AM onwards, Third Round by November 06 from 10 AM onwards, Fourth Round by November 10, 2025 from 10 AM onwards and the MOP-UP (Final Round) November 14, 2025.&nb

If there are seats that have been left vacant, ICAR will release a provisional waiting list and candidates will have to complete the counselling session once they have been shortlisted.
