I believe you are referring to your ICAR AIEEA rank of 50585, as the total score for this exam is 600. Well, your rank is too high to get admission to any government agricultural university. There may be some chance that you get admission to your state agricultural, veterinary, horticultural, or fisheries university (SAU). For admission to your state university, either your category rank must be good or your score must be higher than 280. You can get the idea of the previous year's cut-off rank and scores for SAUs by visiting this Shiksha page: https://www.shiksha.com/science/icar-aieea-exam-cutoff.

Yes, there's a high chance for that because cut-off drops drastically in mopup. You may get a good B.Sc. Agriculture college if you play smart. Best of luck for your admission.

In B.Sc. Agriculture the average rank for OBC category is 5000 - 8000 AIR but do check the cut-off for the colleges you are applying.

Yes, being a PCB student you can get the course whichever you wish for except for engineering in some fields and agriculture is a very good option you should get ahead.
All the best!
