My ICAR score is 146, all India score is 45000 and IBC score is 18875. Can I get any college for ICAR?

Your score is very low and chances for admission seem very less. You should try scoring more marks next year.

The admissions are based on the rank. Based on previous years cutoffs it can be predicted that it would be tough for you, but you have a chance in the later to open counseling rounds.
