Admission are based on the counseling rounds conducted after the cutoff lists are out. You need to wait for your counseling date to come. There is no certainty for one to get admission. In case one is unable to get the seats under a college due to low rank, management quota are helpful in those scenarios-

Hi Hartej Singh, It is a bit similar to NEET preparation and not JEE. The syllabus and pattern is almost same to NEET. You need to focus on scoring good marks so that you can get better rank and ultimately a good college. Go through the NCERT books that will help you in your preparations for ICAR entrance and the preparation material available below in the link.
