To get admission in M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering:
Eligibility Criteria:
General Eligibility for AIEEA - PG
Candidate must be an Indian national and should at least be 19 years old.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree under 10+2+5, or 10+2+4, 10+2+3, or 10+6 years system in the concer

The overall eligibility criteria is 50% hence you are eligible for ICAR.

Cancelled papers are never available to the open public. You can check for old year's questions online.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2018 Eligibility Criteria. You should have passed (or appearing) 10+2 exam from a recognised board. Your aggregate score should be at least 50% (if you are belonging to general / OBC NCL / UPS category) or 40% (if you are belonging to SC / ST / PC category). Hope this helps
