Well, you can go for HR if you have good communication skills. Else, you can go for marketing or if you ae a commerce aspirant then can go for finance. If you are passionate about accountancy then go for financial engineering which is offered by IIFT. MBA is equivalent to PGDM but when someone is selecting PGDM course, it must be a from a top reputed B-school.
Most of the departments are good, you have to select it on the basis of your interest.

BiMM pune is really good and has seen rise in salary on average. Median salary has been around 6lacs with students getting placed at 75%. Ibs hyderabad is beter than Ahmadabad.
