ICFAI Business School, Mumbai admission process for PGPM programme is entirely entrance-based. The applicants are shortlisted based on merit in the accepted exams such as IBSAT/CAT/ GMAT /NMAT by GMAC/XAT. Candidates fulfilling the prescribed criteria are exempted from IBSAT exam. Further, the shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview and group discussion round. The final selection is done based on performance in the selection rounds. INR 9.10 Lakh is the total fee for PGPM at IBS Mumbai. No, it is not compulsory as candidates fulfilling the criteria prescribed by the institute are exempted from the exam. The following candidates are further exempted from writing IBSAT exam:
- CAT with 60 and above percentile
- GMAT with 500 and above score
- NMAT by GMAC with a score of 150 and above
- XAT with 60 and above score

IBSAT 2025 scorecard will be released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who will appear for the IBSAT exam, scheduled on in last week of December 2025, can check their results online. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must enter their login credentials on the official website of ICFAI Business School. after loging in, screen will display the IBSAT scorecard. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the IBSAT 2024 scorecard will be issued to the candidates seprerately. Candidates must save and take the print of the IBSAT scorecard online only.

Yes, the candidates selected for admission to IBS Mumbai can avail of educational loans from public/ private sector banks. This school has also formed MOUs with various financial institutions for the purpose of education loans namely Eduvanz Financing Pvt Ltd, AVANSE Financial Services Pvt Ltd, and Auxilo Finserve Pvt Ltd.

Yes, all the campuses of IBS including IBS Mumbai have an extremely active common placement cell known as the Career Management Centre that acts as a mediator at all campuses, individually. It focuses on training students from time to time to be well-rounded professionals. Moreover, it organises various activities such as guest lectures, pre-placement talks, and workshops for the all-around development of its students.

No, IBS Mumbai does not offer hostel facilities to the students. IBS Mumbai is spread across 1.83 acre of land. IBS Mumbai has well-equipped classrooms, a 225-seater auditorium, separate common rooms for boys and girls, a gym, and three syndicate rooms for student and faculty interaction. In addition to this, it has a well-stocked library with over 20,000+ books, 90+ national journals, more than 10 international and along with it magazines.

Candidates seeking admission to IBS Mumbai can obtain the application form from the official website or get it from the admission/ marketing office. BS campuses are located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.
- Step 1: Fill out the application form.
- Step 2: Pay the application fee.
- Step 3: Submit your documents.
- Step 4: Appear for the IBSAT exam.
- Step 5: Attend the GD/PI round.
- Step 6: The results of the GD/PI round will be announced in a few weeks. If you are selected, you will be admitted to the IBS Mumbai program.
