IBS Mumbai PGPM admissions are entrance-based. Thus, students applying for admission must have appeared in any one of the accepted entrance exams: GMAT/NMAT/CAT/IBSAT/XAT. However, the selection to the programme is not made only on the basis of entrance test scores.
Once the admissions committee has shortlisted students based on entrance test scores, students are further invited for the personal interview process. The IMS Mumbai MBA/PGPM application form requires students to upload scanned copies of various personal and academic documents. The list of scanned documents to be submitted at the time of application for BSc is given below:
- Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheets and passing certificates from the board
- UG marksheets
- UG degree
- Transfer certificate
- Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates)

Students aspiring to take admission to PGPM at IBS Mumbai are required to submit an application form. The fee to submit the form is INR 1,800. Students must note that this fee is non-refundable. Moreover, it can be paid online via net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.

The selection process for IBS Mumbai PGPM admissions 2025 is expected to be conducted from 15 Feb 2025 to 24 Feb 2025. The whole selection process is to be conducted at IBS Hyderabad. Students who have been shortlisted for the stage must report to the venue at the specified date. The students would be required to participate in a PI round followed by a micro-presentation round.
