Average salary of fresher is 6.5 lakhs to 7 lakhs in ICFAI Business School (IBS). There are people who have done PGPM and have also applied for off campus placements who were not interested in getting placed on campus, they even got selected outside from companies outside, who never visited college. The benefit of getting or taking ON Campus placements from institute is that you will get a higher package as compared to OFF campus placements.

I would like to say that you must go for IBS Mumbai. There are various reasons such as affordable fees structure, easy instalment payment system, Case Study methodology of teaching, follows Harward Business School style of teaching and various other reasons such as good placements and track record of 100% placements every year. Companies like JP Morgan, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, KPMG, CRISIL, Deloitte visits IBS Mumbai every year constantly.

Last date of admission after selection in interview is 6th June, but still see to it that you take admission before 6th June if possible or institute allows to do so. Its better you contact the FTP department on ground floor of IBS Mumbai on a daily basis through tele calling or whats app at least. Check your emails regularly with reference to admission details provided by the college.

Hi Amol,
Frankly speaking I don't know much about IBS Mumbai, but whatever I have heard till now I think Chetana's is better option. We have good faculties and consistent 100% placement records at our credentials. Average package offered is between 5-6 Lacs.

The maximum stipend offered during SIP is Rs.20,000 per month offered by a few marketing and finance companies . 750 got selected out of 790, remaining 40 applied from outside voluntarily. College will definitely help for SIP, you don't need to arrange for your own. If you are looking for a profile of your own interest or choice then you can also apply from outside. Decision will be all yours whether you want college to enroll you for a company during SIP or you want to search for a profile or a company of your own choice then you can even arrange for your self. But college will definitely assist you first for getting SIP.

Hey Dhruv,
hope you are doing good. Coming to your question :
Always decide a college after studying its previous placement records, the quality of the faculty teaching there, market views, fees and is it worth your money.
coming to your question,IBS Mumbai has always been a better option compared to Thakur institute of management, be it placements, quality of education or faculty. and rankwise also IBS is better than Thakur. hope this helps. all the best.

Dear Aditya,
I will suggest you should prepare for MAT coming in sept. and other tests as well , coz IBS mumbai is not that reputed college neither placements are so good as compared to IBS hyderabad.
so instead to joins as of now, i recommend you to prepare bit harder and smarter and try for good marks and try again for better colleges.
good luck

If you live In Lucknow then I would suggest you to select IBS Lucknow as it will save your accommodation cost, mess charges, hostel charges and so on. It would also be reasonable for you to adjust and get well educated in your own home town. I am damn sure that even IBS Lucknow must be providing cool placements with good package . Keep IBS Lucknow or Mumbai as your first preference choice. If in case you want to look for other options I am suggesting you some .
