The college offers PGDM in Pharma Management, PGDM, PhD, MDP and Professional Certificate Programme-Business Analytics at the PG level. IES's Management College and Research Centre course admissions for the MBA course will be based on various national-level entrance exam scores such as CMAT,  ATMA,  MAH CET etc. Students can find the course eligibility from the points mentioned below:

PGDM- Graduate with 50% aggregate

PGDM in Pharma Management- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry and other Life Sciences with a minimum 50% aggregate

PhD- PhD entrance test in management at the University of Mumbai

All Specialisation options are open. Candidates are allowed to freeze the specialisation after Joining the Programme. The college offers PGDM in Pharma Management, PGDM, PhD, MDP and Professional Certificate Programme-Business Analytics at the PG level.  Similarly, those who did not clear their SSC and HSC examinations in the first attempt are also not eligible for admission.
