Hi,
The process of PGDM selection is based on your GD and PI that differs from institute to institute. Apply for all of them and prepare well. Check the websites of the colleges for further information. All the best for your admission.

Hello,
Congratulations on your score. You can apply for PGDM course with this percentile and also you are having a work experience so there are good chances of getting selected. Appear for GD-PI rounds for the selection process.

Greetings,
Talking about good placements-MET, IES, IBS then Amity is the order I would rank the colleges you mentioned in the question. But it also depends on your score. If you have good score then you can also try for better colleges like Dalmia, SIES and KJ Somaiya.
Thank you.

Hi Danica,
HRM is a good course but difficult to find a bulk of companies for placement but that does not mean that there are no placement at all. Being a 1st year student the current situation is that companies like Alkem, Saifee, Godrej, Cello and many other have come in and have chosen students to join there team and most of the students are placed for internship. So IES do have good placement scope for HR specialization.
All the best!

Eligibility will depend on your MHCET scores along with your graduation marks, if you are considering MMS as option. For PGDM, there is no fix criteria for getting admission, each college has its own selection process.

From the industry point of view, both are equally acceptable. The industry does not differentiate. The advantage with PGDM is that the programs get updated more regularly to match industry's requirements, while MMS, being a university program, the revision may happen rather slowly.
