You don't need 60% in PCM to join the BTech programme at IFTM University; just 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is the eligibility requirement for core engineering branches such as CSE, ECE, EE, CE, and ME.

For specialisations such as Biotechnology, you need 45% in PCM or PCB, and for Agricultural Engineering, 45% in PCM, PCB, or Agriculture.

Additionally, while you can secure admission through your Class?12 marks alone, the university also accepts JEE Main or its own IET score, but neither requires a 60% cutoff in PCM. Merit admission and entrance-based routes both work with a minimum of 45

IFTM University's BTech placement report for 2024 has not been released yet. However, as per the official placement report released in 2022, the highest and the average packages offered across all courses in 2022 were INR 6.50 LPA and INR 1.88 LPA, respectively. To ascertain which university between IFTM University and SVSU Meerut is more affordable for a BTech, candidates must compare the course fees at both the universities. While pursuing BTech at IFTM University, students can avail themselves of the hostel facilities provided by the university to students enrolled in varoius UG and PG courses. To avail this facility, BTech students are required to pay additional charges towards hostel fees. The IFTM University hostel fee is INR 45,000 per annum. This includes 'Fooding and Lodging' charges.
