IHM Lucknow and IHM Chandigarh both accept the scores of NCHMT JEE for admissions to BSc courses. Hence, the admission process is almost similar for both institutions, as the first requirement is that candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with English, then they must appear for NCHMT JEE, followed by counselling. Therefore, it is hard to determine which institute is easier to get admission into for a BSc course.
However, the institutes can be compared on their closing ranks for the academic batch. For the last round, the cutoff for the AY 2025 for admissions to the BSc HHA course is mentioned below:

To get selected in BSc course at IHM Chandigarh, candidates are required to complete the eligibility requirements. Further, the institute selects candidates based on their score in NCHMCT JEE.
