Getting admission into an Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHM) is not considered "easy" as it requires passing a competitive national-level entrance exam called the NCHMCT JEE, although the difficulty level of the exam is not considered extremely tough, and with good preparation, it is achievable for most eligible candidates; the key is to score well enough to secure a seat in your preferred IHM based on the cut-off ranks.
