Individually both of them are good colleges for hospitality. But if we compare both of them, IHM Delhi is a lot better college as compared to IHM Gwalior. Some of the reasons are.
The placement rate in IHM Gwalior is just 80% whereas the placement rate in IHM Delhi is 100%
IHM Delhi is a more old college as compared to IHM Gwalior therefore IHM Delhi has a better alumni network.
Therefore, IHM Gwalior is not as good as IHM Delhi

The Simple answer to this Question is Yes, IHM Jaipur is slightly on a expensive side if compared to IHM Pusa, Delhi
The total fees for 3 years at IHM Jaipur is approxiamtely 4 lakh and same at IHM Delhi is nearly 3.2 lakh.

IHM Pusa, Delhi offers various courses such as B.Sc, M.Sc, and Diploma courses. The courses offered by the college have different fees for the different courses. The Fees for an B.Sc is INR 3.13 Lacs to INR 3.4 lakhs. Founded in 1962, the famous Institute of Hotel Management, Catering, and Nutrition, New Delhi (IHM Delhi) is also commonly referred to as IHM Pusa. The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, founded the institute as an independent entity. Five diploma, undergraduate, and graduate programs in hospitality and allied fields are available at IHM Pusa. The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), located in Noida, is associated with Pusa Hotel Management. Admission to courses at IHM Delhi is determined by entrance tests and merit. NCHM CT JEE and NCHM MSc JEE are the recognised entry examinations.
