The IHM Shillong cutoff 2026 was published for admission to the B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course for the All India quota categories.
According to the first round seat allotment results, the closing rank for the General AI category was 7799. Students with a rank below this can avail admission.
Please note that the cutoff for the other rounds, categories, etc., will be different.

The rank needed for admission at this institute would depend on your category and the round you are applying in. The IHM Shillong cutoff 2026 has been released for the first round based on the NCHMCT JEE entrance exam.
For the General AI category, the maximum rank accepted for the B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course was 7799. Therefore, a rank of at least 7799 or lower than this is required for admission to the UG-level course.

Admission to IHM Shillong is based on merit and the results of the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE).
Eligibility-:
To be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics as core subjects.
The upper age limit for admission is 25 years for General category students and 28 years for SC/ST students.

Admission to the B.Sc., IHM Shillong PG programme is merit-based and depends mainly on NCHMCT JEE exam. Applicants must have passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 45-50% marks. The cut-off ranks over the years suggest that it is open, but you will need a reasonably high score to make sure of your place in there specifically since some of its categories operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
