IIIT Nagpur admission on entrance exams. For admission to BTech, candidates must appear for the JEE-Main exam, based on which they can apply for the JoSAA counselling. For admission to PhD, students must appear for GATE exam followed by personal interview.

Yes, as campus placement training is a necessary part and parcel for placement preparations. Students at IIIT Nagpur are trained on various aspects like Aptitude, Group Discussions, and Interview skills. The trainer also encouraged the students to start their entrepreneurship journey through interaction with the startup founders.

Internships offered at IIIT Nagpur included stipends in 2022 ranged between the highest of INR 65,000 per month and average of INR 20,000 per month. Earlier, the highest stipend offered to the 2021 batch was INR 90,000 per month. The highest stiped of 2022 was offered by Zeotap India Pvt. Ltd.
