Indian Institute of Information Technology is Public- Private type institute situated in Nagpur, Maharastra. candidate requires overall percentile for the BTech programme is 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class 12 or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class 12 board examination. The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIIT Nagpur) admits students through a formal admissions process that is mostly carried out by means of national entrance exams. Your score on the JEE Main test determines your admission to IIIT Nagpur's B.Tech programs. Your performance on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) determines your admission to M.Tech programs. Yes, IIIT Nagpur offers various scholarships to students as financial assitance. These scholarships helps students to study in the college without any financial tensions. Social Justice & Special Assistance scholarships are provided. Under this scholarship, Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship and other scholarships are provided. The IIIT Nagpur is a public- private partnership type of Institute, established in the year 2016. It is also an Institute of National Importance. It is a public Institution. The Institute offers great placement opportunities for students, the highest packages as per 2023 was INR 87 Lacs per annum. The overall percentage of placement record was 90% which is quite impressive.

The BTech eligibiltiy criteria includes 75 percent for admission in IIIT Nagpur. Candidates are also required to have a valid score in the JEE Main exams followed by the counselling process of JoSAA or CSAB. Candidates must register for the exam and counselling by visiting their respective application process.
