Study Curriculum-In the course curriculum the Business Simulation and Case Studies are its core methods. Course Modules are generally inspired by Stanford graduate school of business, Wharton Business School, and IIM A.Program is delivered in 6 terms. The program is designed for the students in cognizance of their learning needs and capabilities and their professional involvement in the corporate workspace.
Placement Record-The institute has maintained an excellent placement record over the years. Every year more than 300 companies visit our institution for campus placements.
Placement Cell of IILM continues to work seamlessly throughout the year to connect with the companies (Business Houses, Mnc's, and International Groups)towards the final placements for the graduating batch.CDC Team of IILM Greater Noida connected with 200+ companies for the placements of 2018-20 Batch. Therefore from such efforts, 150+ companies agreed to engage with the final year students of the graduating batch highlighting the following -
1. 223 offers of final placements were received for the batch till 31st March 2020.
2. 53 students were offered 2 or more than 2 offers of final placement.
3. 8 international offers were received with the highest package at 19 lakh.
4. Average Package was 7.5 lakh.
5. Companies where the students had maximum number of domestic offers include IDFC First Bank, Phone Pe, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, Square Yards Ltd, Regalo Kitchen, Gong Cheng Communications LTD., Future Generali, Deloitte and Easy Diner Ltd.
