Yes, you can take a lateral transfer for a BBA course at IILM University, Gurugram
IILM University will follow the UGC Guidelines of Choice-based Credit System; for evaluation of Credit for the lateral entry scheme. You can send, the curriculum of the semesters (course) undergone by you, it will be mapped with the IILM University-approved programme structure of choice.
