I don't think you will get any decent college at 48 percentile. I suggest that you appear for CAT again and try to do better. To get an admission to IIM, you will need to write CAT. Applications usually open in Jul-Aug and exams are held in November. Once the results are out, all the IIMs release the shortlist for interview and GD/WAT. If you do really well in that as well you are offered an admission. And before you ask,
