You should aim for an exceptional percentile, i.e. above 99.9 to stand a chance.

You should target at least 99, as it is highly competitive these days.

Not really, but you should target XLRI, as they offer a very good course on HRM.

Your chances to get admission in top business schools like IIM's is wholly depend on the CAT score you get. According to my knowledge, minimum of 98 percentile will be required for getting admission in these colleges. So, best of luck with your exam.
