You need more than 95 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM.

You academics marks are good but you need to score above 90% in CAT or any other entrance exams accepted by the IIMs.

Entrance exams that need to be given are CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT etc. Also, some universities have their own tests. I got into Doon Business School, Dehradun through CAT.

Hi there, well the marks in 10th and 12th do not matter as much as your CAT score does. Its good that you have a very good score so please maintain the even in your undergraduate course. Also start your preparation well in advance in order to achieve best of best percentile and to get the IIM of your choice.

Even though marks obtained in one's graduation is important, its the marks obtained in entrance exam that matters more. However at IIM A, things are further complicated since the institution desires that the class should have diversity hence they admit students even if with lower ranking in entrance test if from exotic subject of graduation.

Percentage of Diploma is different and 12th is different.

Yes, MBA is beneficial for you if you got the IIM. You can get IIM by getting 98-99 percentile in CAT examination.

See, it totally depends on your finances. If finance is not an issue then I would definitely recommend you to do your MBA from some good foreign college like Wharton, Booth, HBS, Sloan, and INSEAD.

See, there are many criteria which IIM-A, B, and K will consider before giving out interview calls or final admission. Like your graduation stream, graduation percentage, quality of work experience, and extracurricular (though there is no separate weightage for this, but it helps you a lot during interviews) and the list goes on. So, if you can share some more details about your profile, I can give you more meaningful answer. Still, considering these two things for IIM-K, I think anything above 88-90 percentile may get you an interview call. I cannot comment on IIM A and B.
