I have 85% in 12th and 82% in 10th. I'm a final year student with 61%. What are the chances in getting in IIM admission in A,B or C?

There are chances, if you are a non-engineer with a 99+ percentile. It is much more difficult, if you are an engineer as that would require a very high percentile in order to stand at par with other candidates.

No, you need to go through the 2 year course, which will mean you have to start afresh.
