To be eligible for the MBA programme at IIM Lucknow, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution in any field with a minimum of 50% aggregate score (45% for SC, ST or PwD categories)
- The Bachelor's degree must be of at least 3 years duration
- Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their final semester exams and fulfil the eligibility criteria by June 30, 2024
- Appear for the CAT 2023 exam
- For the MBA-SM program, candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of work experience after graduation
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Writing Ability Test (WAT)

In order to be considered for admission to PGP courses at IIM Lucknow, candidates must receive a minimum of 90 percentile score on the CAT. The overall qualifying cut-off for PGP ASM and PGP SM is the 85 percentile. The CAT cutoffs differ according to categories.

It is compulsory that each of the aspirant fulfils the minimum eligibility requirement and hold the relevant documents for verification as well. Candidate needs to complete a bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate and a minimum of three years full-time post-qualification (after graduation) work experience as on December 31, of the admission year to apply for the PGPWE course. For taking admission in IIM'S you have to appear for CAT first ,once you clear it than only your previous scores are checked and you are called for interview. Hope you got your answer.

To get a seat in IIMs you have to clear CAT exam with 90 percentile above. Therefore, prepare for CAT exam, do hard work and you will get a seat. Your credentials comes secondary after getting great percentile in CAT.

Any IIM does not offer distance MBA or PGPM programme however they offer 1 year online management programme which are not equivalent to mBA and does not help to get a better job prospects. However, from knowledge gaining point of view they are good.
You should be ideally a graduate with 3+ years work experience to pursue such programme and they cost around 4.5 lakhs Rs. You need to attend weekend classes available in most of the cities
