IPMAT is conducted by IIM Indore for admission to its IPM programme. The IPMAT Indore scores are also accepted by various other top Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). The colleges which accept IPMAT Indore scores include IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Amritsar, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Shillong, etc. Each college releases its own IPMAT cutoff for admissions. Hence, there is not common admission test for the IPMAT admissions.
IIM Rohtak also conducts the IPMAT exam for admission to IIM Rohtak's IPM programme.

No, IIM Shillong course admission are strictly entrance based. Interested candidates need to appear for the relevant entrance exam accepted by IIM Shillong for admission. Some of the accepted exams are CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.

Admission to IIM Shillong PGP is done through CAT/GMAT. Domestic candidates seeking admission to IIM Shillong must have a valid CAT score to get shortlisted for the GD-PI round. Candidates seeking admission to IIM Shillong MBA are required to appear for CAT. Candidates who clear the CAT cut off for IIM Shillong admission will be invited to appear for further rounds of selection.
After CAT, the candidate are required to appear for the GD-PI round and a Written ability Test. The final admission offers are made on the basis of performance of the candidates in CAT, GD-PI, WAT and overall profile.

Yes admissions are open in IIM shillong there are seperate exams conducted by the IIM shillong for the various and different courses the main and best course of the IIM shillong is MBA and it admit the students through the CAT exam you can still check on college website for the detail information about entrance exam
