To be a part of IIM Sirmaur, you must adhere to the admission process as per the programme you're interested in. For the MBA program, you must first achieve your undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and appear for the CAT exam. Depending on your CAT score, you will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round. For the doctoral course, you require a valid PG degree with a minimum of 55% marks and have to appear for CAT, GATE, GMAT, GRE, or UGC-JRF. Based on clearing the respective entrance test and PI round, you will be granted admission.

Candidates need to pass a master's degree in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate or a two-year PG diploma with at least 60% marks along with a bachelor's degre with at least 50% aggregate to apply for IIM Sirmaur PhD course. Aspirants who have passed a five-year integrated master's degree with at least 60% in any discipline or a professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 50% along with a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate can also apply.

Yes, IIM Sirmaur recorded 100% placements for MBA programme during placement drive 2023. Further, the summer placement rate recorded during MBA and MBA Tourism summer placements for the batch of 2023-25 was also 100%.

Earlier, the average package offered during MBA and MBA Tourism placements 2024 stood at INR 13.93 LPA and INR 13.32 LPA, respectively.
