In case a candidate is not able to download his/ her admit card then the Chairman JAM of the IIT/ IISc under which the first choice of test city falls may be contacted through phone/ fax/ email. However, while contacting, the candidate should provide his/ her “online enrolment ID, name, email ID, mobile number, mailing address, and city code of the desired test centre (first choice) to get information about the registration number and the name of the test centre allotted, ” informs the official website.

IIT JAM admit card will be available for the candidates to download for the academic session 2025-2026 in early January 2025. JAM hall ticket 2025 mentions the examination centre, shift timings, and reporting timings for the candidates appearing in the IIT JAM 2025 examination.
The last date to download the IIT JAM admit card 2025 will be the exam day of the examination, i.e., February 2, 2025. Admit cards will not be sent by post or email.

Yes, you can apply for the IIT JAM exam, even if you do not have Chemistry as your subsidiary subject in B.Sc. Botany (Hons.). The IIT JAM exam for admission to M.Sc. programs generally has subject-specific eligibility criteria. For example, if you are applying for the M.Sc. in Biological Sciences or other related fields, having a background in Botany should make you eligible, even if Chemistry is not a subsidiary subject.

With a rank of 540 in the JEE Advanced exam, you are guaranteed a spot at IIT Palakkad and can easily secure admission to most engineering programs. Looking at last year's cutoff ranks for different courses at IIT Palakkad, here's what they were:
- Computer Science and Engineering: The cutoff was around 6199.
