The fiveyear undergraduate (UG) program in Construction Technology at CEPT University is a unique engineering program focused on creative problem-solving and technological innovation in construction. It is situated within an ecosystem of allied disciplines like architecture, planning and management all of which focus on built environments. It is the only construction technology program in India that is centered on studio teaching. Small groups of students engage with real-life problems under the guidance of studio tutors. To tackle complex problems of the world today, problem solving skills need to be second nature to any working professional. The studio style of teaching inculcates problem solving, independent thinking and action-oriented approach among the students and it constitutes the bulk of the academic credits in any given semester. The five-year program leads to a degree of Bachelor of Construction Technology. Yes you have chance to get into some IITs but you will not get top branches. You will get least ranked branches. Check in predictors provided in Shiksha to get approximate idea.I have listed some colleges and branches you are eligible . But you need to check the gender based reservation also. You will not get home State quota reservations in IITs so no need to check that.

Kindly do some research and join accordingly . If you are searching seat for gender neutral then I am sorry you won't get any seat in IIT.

NITs and IITs provide fee waiver depending on your family annual income. Score best and you will receive various scholarships and you may apply for education loans also. After joining the NIT or IIT you will be able to see many types of scholarships based on your study and income.
Your options are
While joining in the college they'll ask about the income
of your parents. At that time of your income is less than 1 lakh per annum then you will be able to study in those institutes for free of cost for study only by submitting income certificate from respected issuing authority.
And there will be a lot of scholarships for economically backward students and don't miss to opt them.
And there will be a lot scholarships for clever students that is high GPA students and students who pass their tests and be wise to opt them also by working hard and getting good grades and make use of it .
And next thing is you can get loans from bank . You can go to the banks and talk to them about the education Loan and they will guide you how to avail it .
