Rohini (1st shift) would be more deserving than Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (2nd shift) in terms of placement and rating at JIMS. Despite the fact that they are both associated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

The Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) was placed 88th out of the best management schools in India in the NIRF report 2023. It received a "A" grade from the NAAC for accreditation. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, on the other hand, came in at number 151 in the overall category of Indian universities.

During JIMS Rohini Placements 2023, all participants were placed in full. JIMS Rohini offered a maximum package of INR 22 LPA and an average package of INR 8 LPA. Ninety-nine recruiters took part in the placement campaign.Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Gartner, Godrej, ITC, and TCS were among the top employers. In contrast, the largest package offered by Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies was 6.54 LPA, which is significantly less than that of JIMS, Rohini.

It is challenging to distinguish between the faculty and course offerings at the two schools because they are part of the same organization. For this reason, it is reasonable to say that JIMS, Rohini would be a better choice in terms of rating and placing
