Possible barriers so to say for student outside Maharashtra is largely Admission and this is not limited to ILS, it is the same for most colleges like GLC Mumbai, KC Law College, DES Law College. Earlier the process was posting documents to ILS and appearing for interview post being shortlisted. How

ILS does not accept CLAT. It does not conduct it's own entrance test.
The admission is solely on the basis of score and ranking in MHT CET exam

It would be better if you give your back paper and clear the exam so that it does not affect any further exams you give.

The cutoff for BA LLB (outside open/general category) for the last academic year, i.e. 2017-18 was 107.

The annual fees for I BA LL.B for reserved category NT is Rs. 36,790 as per the published data.

Since the query is specific to "Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism", I believe graduation is the required qualification.
As regards the marks requirement and cut-off (if any), I do not have any data. You could call up college and inquire.
