Yes, you have to submit the original documents during the counselling process. Candidates must note that the ILSAT counselling process is completely online.

Once candidates are issued provisional admission letter they need to report to the college as per the schedule. They also need to carry the original and self-attested copies of below-mentioned documents:
- ILSAT Admit Card
- ILSAT Result/ Scorecard
- ILSAT Application Form (as submitted)
- Mark sheets and certificates of Class 10th and 12th
- Date of birth certificate/ Class 10th certificate
- Transfer/ Migration Certificates as issued by the last school attended

No you can not appear for the ILSAT counseling. It is for candidates who have participated in the exam and have been shortlisted based on their exam performance.
