The ICFAI Law School allocates exam centers based on candidate preferences submitted during the application. But it do considersfactors like demand and availability.  It has the right to make final assignments, with the final center printed on the admit card. 

No. you can not get your exam centre changed once the admit card is published. The hall ticket is the most important document to appear in the exam. But in case you find any discrepancies in the hall ticket you can reach out to the authorities.

Yes the admit card for phase 1 is out. Candidates will get the ILSAT hall ticket on the email ID they have registered from. Candidates must ensure that all details mentioned on the admit card is correct. 

Candidates will have to visit ifhe.org to download ILSAT Hall Ticket 2026. Those who have filled the application form on or before the deadline will only be allowed to appear for the ILSAT Exam.

• Enter your registered mobile number & password.
• Click on the Login button.
• Click on the Download Admit Card.

To prepare for the ILSAT exam refer to books like RS Aggarwal, Norman Lewis for Vocabulary, Wren & Martin for Grammar, A.P. Bhardwaj for Legal Aptitude and Manohar Pandey for GK.

Though ILSAT Exam Preparation takes months of practice, it is still not impossible. You can prepare for the exam in one week with a correct and dedicated focus. But you should have at least some understanding of concepts to clear the exam.

The ILSAT Exam covers Legal Aptitude (Constitutional Law, Contracts, Torts, IPC), General Knowledge & Current Affairs (National/Int'l Events, Polity, History, Awards, UN), English Language (Grammar, Vocab, Synonyms/Antonyms, Idioms), and Logical/Mental Ability (Reasoning, Syllogisms, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Critical Reasoning). Key focus areas include Indian Constitution, recent legal developments, and static GK like History/Geography, with a mix of theory-based and factual questions. 

The ILSAT marking scheme awards 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect or unattempted questions. The exam is for 125 marks for the 125 multiple-choice questions across five sections (English, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, GK, Analytical Reasoning) in the 2-hour CBT exam, emphasizing balanced performance.
