If a student fails in the internal exams at Inderprastha Engineering College, they'll get a backlog. You have 2 sessional exams (internal exams ) you need to at least be passed in one of the sessionals so you can get good internals from professors otherwise you will get basic minimum marks. However, If a student misses an internal exam, they may repeat it if their leave letter is approved by the professor.

At Inderprastha Engineering College, CGPA is calculated by dividing the total grade points obtained by the student by the total number of credits. The CGPA in engineering is calculated by adding the SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average) earned in each semester and dividing them by the total number of semesters.

You are required to provide an application regarding your reason not to attempt the internal exam. But you should give internal exams as to get maximum internal marks for the final exams or in internal practicals. If a student misses an internal exam, they may repeat it if their leave letter is approved by the professor.
