No, I hadn't opted for a hostel but some of my friends used to put up in a hostel. The hostel was kind of okay only. No of seats in the hostel was enough if you enroll for it timely. The average annual hostel fee including the mess charges were around 80,000 The mess food was also somewhere in between of good and bad
Mess food is Average but you can get good Currys and vegetables in the rainy season as it is available in plenty of that in season you get nonveg and veg both option and sat sun they have special menus
