Hello,
I agree with Lalit that you should drop a year and do preparation for the next year and reserve your seat in a government college. You can also go with reputed medical colleges but to get enrolled you have to pay big amount of donation.

This will depend on where you want to settle eventually. Currently, if you have a very good profile you should try for IITs or top universities such as MIT, Caltech, etc. for a global recognition.
