It's quite impossible because there are only 65k seats for MBBS and 25 k for BDS.
You should try for next year or try in private colleges although they are very expensive but if you can afford then you can go with private colleges also.

From my view, there are two private colleges that are best for mechanical but they fall under GGSIPU.
But, still 15% seats are fill through management quota.
They are:
Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology (MSIT)
GB Pant Engineering College (GBPEC)
