Yes, you can pursue MBA from Indraprastha University. You will get many opportunities. Apart from Indrprastha, there are many other colleges that you may look.

State is not a key factor for job rather institute is, if you opt Gujarat you have IIM Ahmedabad, MICA and Institute of Rural Management. If you really prove your worth in Nirma in mid category. There isn't any other worth institutes. If you see Maharashtra, you have JBIMS SP JAIN, NMIMS TISS, and SCMHRD at top level and then Sydenham, Welingkar Sydenham SIES, NIBM and many other options. Only tier 1 and tier 2 MBA institutes are worth. Rest, cannot help you in good placement.

Your JEE paper-2 score is good but its a chance to get SPA-Delhi because of your OBC category rank.
Last year, the general rank closes with 975 in the 6th round and for OBC, it's a little higher than general rank so there is a chance for you to get admission in SPA-Delhi.
By the way, you can get SPA-Delhi only on the basis of your JEE paper-2 rank secured and not on the basis of NATA score.
If you don't believe me then you can make it sure on Google or visit SPA Delhi and make an enquiry.
All the best for your bright future.
Good luck!
