Yes, you may if these are in the list of short skills in Canada & Australia. You are highly recommended to have some related advance course in either of the 3 countries you mentioned as diplomas or degrees to get acquainted with education experience of the respective countries to acquire necessary skills needed for performing the job in the same field. Once you have some level of education in either country, it will help you to get easier acceptance in respective job fields.

I found no good institute in Uttarakhand for acting course. However, for top acting colleges in India, you can check this link:
