No, sorry to say, but you cannot get admission with this percentage. Your rank is also not good. It is in lakhs. I will suggest you to fill improvement form and try for good colleges next year.

You can get a good NIT. NIT-Kurukshetra is a good option. You may also get admission in NIT-Rourkela.

Hello Manish, there are 2-3 entrance tests that you ought to give to secure admission in India. One of them is JEE Mains, then JEE Advance. The fees of any engineering college or university is not more than the figures you described. As far as good colleges for Mechanical Engineering are concerned,
