It would have been best if this was possible. But unfortunately in today's context it's simply not feasible. Due to this a student has to appear for many entrance exams.

JNTU, SVU are one of the top universities in Andhra, so why don't you apply for them. Since, you got a very good rank in EAMCET, you will be able to get seat in one of them.

MCI has mandated that anybody coming back to India after doing MBBS abroad, has to clear a screening test in India. There is no escaping this.
