You can do MS abroad after MBBS in India subject to fulfilling the requirement of your targeted country's rules, regulations, and recognisation of Indian Medical degree. You can practice medical and get a job in India after MS abroad.

2. VNIT – Nagpur.

There is no such institution, which offers training abroad. Although, there are student exchange program where students get 6 month international opportunity to study like in IIFT - Delhi.

Yes, after completing MBBS, you are eligible to take a specialization MS in surgery. After coming back, you will need to validate your certification from recognition body of health, India.

GGSIPU is among the top universities in Delhi. The top universities are DTU, FMS, IIFT and GGSIPU. There are few colleges under this university, which are very good. Jamia Milia University is also good and better than GGSIPU.

You should not judge a university by the report of news channel. It provide degree as per UGC norms.
