Depending on the branch and university, B.tech/ B.E in UK can be 3 to 4 years whereas in india its always 4 yrs. You must have 13 years education to be eligible for B.tech in UK so ideally, you will be in Bachelor's 1st year for applying to UK. Check here for more details on UK.

Last year cut-off rank and percentile for All India category were 327 and 99.23 percentile respectively.
