Dear student no particular field or branch can be said to be the best as to make your career outside the India because its you who can make it the best,as if you perform well in your studies and interview of the companies then each company whether it is at National Level or International it will be very eager to take you.And for every branch we have good number of companies.So for being placed in Foreign Countries just perform your best in your B.Tech and do outstanding performance in your interviews.

Hi Praveen,
The process varies from IIM to IIM. In general, you have to give CAT exam for all IIMs, which is followed by a shortlisting for GD-PI by all IIMs separately, based on your CAT score and profile.
Final admission is based on your CAT score, profile and performance in GD-PI.
